RESTAURANTS

A restaurant is defined by the following: 


1. Operates its own permanent food service facility with commercial cooking equipment on its premises; and 

2. Prepares and offers to sell multiple entrees for consumption on or off the premises.

3. Alcoholic beverage sales cannot exceed 60% of your business’s total gross receipts.



Types of Permits most commonly obtained: 


1. Mixed Beverage + Food and Beverage Certificate

2. Mixed Beverage + Food and Beverage Certificate + Late Hours Certificate

3. Beer and Wine Permit (also known as Wine and Malt Beverage Retailer’s Permit) + Food and Beverage Certificate

4. Beer and Wine Permit (also known as Wine and Malt Beverage Retailer’s Permit) + Food and Beverage Certificate + Late Hours Certificate
