MOBILE BAR / CATERING SERVICE / MOBILE BARTENDERS

Texas only issues permits to sell alcohol to brick-and-mortar locations.

To act as a mobile bar, we need to license your main office in a
commercial building. This can be an office park or a public storage unit (you must have 24/7 access to the premises).

Once your permit is issued, you can request temporary permits from TABC to cater your events around the state. Each permit pertains to the address/location.

Please send us your business address if you have one or as soon as you find a potential office address, I’ll check if it would qualify.
