Texas only issues permits to sell alcohol to brick-and-mortar locations.
To act as a mobile bar, we need to license your main office in a
commercial building. This can be an office park or a public storage unit (you must have 24/7 access to the premises).
Once your permit is issued, you can request temporary permits from TABC to cater your events around the state. Each permit pertains to the address/location.
Please send us your business address if you have one or as soon as you find a potential office address, I’ll check if it would qualify.

-Mixed Beverage Permit (MB): If you want to sell full liquor, beer and wine. You are not selling more than 40% of food from your total annual revenue. You do not have a full kitchen
-Wine and Malt Beverage Retail Dealer’s On-Premise Permit (BG): You want to sell beer and wine but no distilled spirits. You do not sell food & you do not have a full kitchen.
With all you may add a Late Hours Permit that allows you to sell until 2 am.
