-Wine and Malt Beverage Retail Dealer’s On-Premise Permit (BG): You want to sell beer and wine but no distilled spirits. You do not sell food & you do not have a full kitchen.
-Wine and Malt Beverage Retail Dealer’s On-Premise Permit (BG) + Food and Beverage Certificate (FB): You want to sell beer and wine but not distilled spirits. You have a full kitchen and offer multiple entrees. Your food sales are 40% of more than your alcohol sales.
With all you may add a Late Hours Permit that allows you to sell until 2 am.
