Mixed Beverage Permit
Sell full liquor, beer and wine by the drink for on-premise consumption.
What it covers.
- 01Allows the sale of distilled spirits, beer and wine served by the glass or drink.
- 02Drinks must be consumed on the licensed premises.
- 03Requires two Mixed Beverage bonds filed with the Texas Comptroller.
- 04Mixed Beverage tax reports are reported monthly to the Comptroller.
Pair it with a Food and Beverage Certificate if food sales are 40% or more of revenue.
