TABC bonds
BONDS REQUIRED FOR A TABC PERMIT.
Depending on your permit and your location, TABC and the Texas Comptroller can require surety bonds before they issue or renew your permit. We quote, file and track the renewals for all of them.
The main types.
- 01Mixed Beverage Bonds
Two bonds — gross receipts tax and sales tax — required from mixed beverage and private club permit holders.
- 02Conduct Bond
A surety bond is required depending on how close your location is to the nearest school.
- 03Performance Bond
Required from wine and malt beverage (BG) permit holders in Bexar, Harris, Dallas and Tarrant counties.
The Comptroller might also request a sales tax bond on top of the bonds above.
