What it covers.
- 01Added to a Mixed Beverage or Beer and Wine permit.
- 02Requires a permanent kitchen and multiple entrées on the menu.
- 03Food sales must make up 40% or more of total alcohol and food sales.
- 04Can allow certain exceptions in areas with location restrictions.
